This week : Robotique

This week Sundae tips its hat to two of the hottest parties in the city.  Robotique and Super Dope.  These parties have taken the city by storm and always have an amazing crowd.

This week - Robotique beams into Silk City with Captains Billy W & Ryan T taking over the helm. They will scatter your particles with cosmic rays from the distant worlds of Disco & Funk & Soul.

What is unique about these two visitors from another planet is that they are playing the ancient medium of vinyl!!! - Yes all Vinyl.  They have raided the ancient vaults of days gone by to spread Star Dust over the digital age.

This party is not to be missed - & always looking out for our working force - Billy & Ryan will go on around 10 pm - so you can get your dance on and be home in time to get some sleep for the Monday grind.

This was written about the party last year from a blog in England.

Sunday: 10am walk through and check out completed, with hardly any sleep, due to residual noise at the Shelborne (luckily a rare thing) and my concerned dad forgetting the time difference and phoning me at 4am, repeatedly. We stopped by the Danny Tenaglia pool party at the hotel, as a way to pass the time, and as residents it was free - was shit! So, we decided on a walk along the promenade and came across the Sundae Philadelphia party at the South Seas - no security, straight in, some up front soulful tunes and tribal goodness from the likes of JoJo Flores, and King Britt (sadly we had to leave before he came on). This was the only day it really rained, and it was quite a sight to see everyone dancing with abandon in the rain, including a rather portly Cuban guy in speedos!!
