2 Million homeless, 2 Hundred Thousand dead.

We all know what has happened and we all know that money is needed.  So to keep it simple & transparent.  Come to the Sundae party this week and text Haiti to 90999.   You must do this in front of a member of the Silk City or Sundae Staff.  There will be no guest list/ no coming early before security gets in/ even if you have already pledged you will still need to do so again.  Sorry our party, our rules.  100 percent of the money will go directly to the American Red Cross.

This week : The Winner

After a landslide in votes, the first winner of the Sundae Philly Dj competition is Alley P from Vancouver, Canada.  He will be flying in to spin before the Sundae family this week.  Please come out and support him, I can tell he is really nervous, the stories of the Sundae party have become legend in Canada.

 

I am excited for this event - I believe that Alley P is the first Dj that is actually a professional dancer too.  So there should be some great floor stompers coming over the PA system.

Ring, Ring, Ring

Outstanding.  The Sundae App has 5 stars in the app store.  Thank you all.    For those Iphone holders worldwide here are some handy things to know

1. The home page - you can scroll sideways to view upcoming flyers and some favorite Sundae moments caught on film.

2. The mixes can now be viewed by city as well as the master list.  Note - not all mixes are in each of the cities and you should look to "all tracks" for special mixes.

3. In the party tab you can add photos, comments and tell people thru going what you are up to.  The photo options work best if you enable Facebook or Twitter.  You will given an option to post to them or not from within the app.

4. The Chat feature allows you do just that.  You also can use the Geo-tagging feature to see what someone else in your area is doing or saying to.

5. The Photos and Videos are pretty straight forward - more photos are hosted on the main website.

6. In the news section you can see and comment on what Sundae is doing

7. Top Albums is a collection of artist that have worked with us or inspired us, you can purchase their music right from the Itunes store from within the application.

8.  Traxsource is one of the leading digiatl downloading sites on the planet and you can find what we are playing and buy it from there

9. The Social network tab is where you should give access to Facebook and Twitter,  This is a secure method and your passwords are not seen by us.  We have created a native system to use their applications.

10.  There will be many more features coming in the future, we hope to grow with technology as it come along.

Website updated

So during the time it took me to do the Iphone App, the main site was treated like a red headed step child.  But now everything is updated and we even have a brand new music player for 2010.  More things will be added as I get time.  Next up will be a revamped video player.  Thanks for your patience - now enjoy the music.
