This is the beginning of an amazing Winter. Our phones have been ringing off the hook with people calling for gigs. (Thanks to Britt, Wink, Medina and all the others for holla'in about us).
So this week we kick it off with one of our all time champs - Questlove. This EIGHT hours of dance event will be a great way to work of those calories or wake up from the 3 day turkey coma. We will be starting off at 6PM SHARP & Quest will be here early. This way, those that still have to travel back to homes far away will get a proper dose of love.
There will be a sliding scale for the cover charge - get in by 9pm and its $5 slices of Turkey, come after & you will be charged $10 pieces of Pie. There will be no guestlist - so get there early. We are trying to make this event as comfortable as possible. As of now (and things always change)
Silk City after 9pm will be charging to get into either the dinner or club.
The outside garden will be open as a smoking area
Coat check will be available all night & will also double as a Beer Bar
You MUST BE 21 to enter this event - all day and night
Silk's drinks are already cheap but they will also have $2 Miller Hi Life on sale
Most of the tables and stools will be moved out as the club fills.
We will be running speakers into the dinner for those that wish to chill out a bit
If you are not planning on dancing - please get out of the way. Space is limited.
Turkey Day Specials
This week will be a special night for Bonita Applebum's.
Due to the upcoming holiday weekend, we will be having the party two nights in a row. Yerp. A party so good we had to do it twice. So come by this Tuesday night and make sure to use the back door.
And on Wednesday - use the main club entrance for a Thanksgiving taste of Bonita.

Remember: Tuesday its just the upstairs that is open with Dj Brian B and myself spinning (always guest djs showing up too). Wednesday is the biggest club night in Philly and the entire complex is open - its going to be crazy.
DECEMBER LINE UP
This Winter is going to be on "Fi-Yah". Final details are still being worked out on a few dates but December is rolling in strong with Rich Medina.......
& guess what?? Next week is his Birthday (go shorty - it's ur Burfdae). So this will be part two of our Winter Blow out in Philly.
Then after being gone for almost a year - the one - the only.........VENUS 7 is back and this will be her first stop to spin all that pent up Chicago House Music she has been saving. Venus is just the love of my life and I am sure she is yours too. So this will be an extra special night when she "Walks" over to the turntable and throws down some beats "like only momma can do"
